Clinical Routine

The use of VODCA in a clinical environment has been improved by adding to the package a DICOM server and batch processes. In any case, the integration of VODCA in a radiation oncology department is dependent on the already existing infrastructure. See the "workflow" section for some examples. Robust, scalable, and well-engineered longitudinal patient and outcome databases are simply the prerequisite of many possible analyses, such as comparative planning statisticsplanning quality control and biological modelling.

IMPORTANT: All the data presented in the examples has been created using a data generator developed only for validation and demonstration purposes!
